Hi, my name is Mandy, I’m in my late thirties. I’m from Missouri. I have a husband and two boys that I enjoy cooking for! Baking is my specialty, but I try not to do it too often. My oldest boy is a Type 1 Diabetic, so I do have a T1D corner as well. We also have two cats, Edward and Bella. Edward is obsessed with me, see picture below! I used to do Alternate Day Fasting, so I have a lot of recipes that break down calories and carbohydrates and things like that here.
I’m pretty much a hermit though, I don’t really do very much that’s exciting. I play a few MMORPGs on PC, my family and I go on hikes, and I enjoy reading novels. That’s about it! 🙂 Thank you for visiting and I hope you get some good recipes!
